My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Macy is an eighteen month old black tri female who is fully vetted and on heartworm prevention. Macy is an owner turn in who wanted to help Macy find the best home for her since she can be a bit of an escape artist. Macy is a wonderful girl, she is crate trained, well mannered in the house, good with other dogs, and great with cats. Macy does not know a stranger and loves to be a lap dog.

Macy needs some work on walking on a leash and knows some basic commands and seems eager to learn new things. She LOVES tennis balls and will chase and play with them for hours. She is good with children but does like to jump up on people so younger children might be overwhelmed by her jumping. Macy needs a home with a secure fenced yard, she can easily clear a four foot fence and also managed to get out of a six foot fence when left alone for short time. Macy loves her people and needs a home where she will get lots of love and attention so she won't try to leave home. Macy does have a problem with thunder storms and loud noises and she can not be outside during one, she calms down quickly inside a crate and medication can help to ease her worries during the storm. Don't let that be a reason not to adopt her it is easily managed and she is a wonderful girl.
