NEW BEST FRIEND AND FITNESS COACH WANTED - In need of a new home (Central Ohio). This is Ruby. Ruby is a 7 year old miniature Schnauzer, who is not so miniature. Ruby has had an elderly owner who has allowed Ruby to become obese due to overfeeding and lack of exercise. While the owner loves this dog she realizes that due to her own declining health and for Ruby's health, Ruby would be better off in a new home. Ruby is a sweetheart. She is completely housebroken. She is said to like other dogs, she will chase cats. Ruby is looking for a family who will be committed to keeping her on a strict diet, talking her for walks and allowing her to run around in a fenced yard. Getting the weight off before it compromises her heart is a priority. Other than weight, Ruby has no issues. She will be the perfect companion.
