My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am devoted to my humans, when you leave the room, I wait patiently until you come back. My name is Winston. I am only 3 years old and have been told that I have a "wonderful personality". Maybe it's because I admire humans of all ages, other canines and felines. I am not pushy or rambunctious. I am mellow and laid-back; well except when I'm in the yard and a squirrel runs along the fence, I like to chase them. I am not a big guy, I would say a small medium. I have short legs and a body like a Basset. I enjoy doing just about anything, going for rides, camping, laying on the couch watching a movie. It doesn't matter just as long as I am with my human friends. I have a dream, and that is to have a family of my own. I am looking for one that considers me one of them. I would like to find one that doesn't mind sleeping in the bed with me (I promise to protect you and keep you safe). One that will love me unconditionally, just as I would them.
