My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little bundle of fur is EMMIE. EMMIE is one of three orphaned puppies who arrived at our rescue. The mom was killed crossing the highway and left these three girls without anyone to take care of them. The mom was a stray dog that lived out in the county. The girls were a little frightened at first just not knowing what was going on, but they are becoming very playful and friendly and will be looking for their forever homes very soon.
EMMIE, like her sisters, is approx 10 weeks old and is a Beagle mix. She currently weighs 7 lbs but it is hard to say exactly how big she will get. I would estimate her to be a small - medium size dog, but that would be a guess. She has been started on vaccinations and will complete those at the end of June. She will be spayed over the next couple of weeks. We have her on all her monthly preventatives for heart worms, fleas/ticks, and parasites. She and her sisters are just very playful with each other and appear to be just your typical puppies. They spend most of the day interacting with each other and will play until they just fall asleep where they stop. We will know more about their personalities over the next few weeks while they are in foster care and can provide that to any inquiry. The girls would be ready to transport to their new home the first week in July.
