My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Divorce is a really yucky thing since it has landed me back into a foster home after having been adopted for 7 1/2 years!!! I was extremely traumatized from this breakup and am working towards being the dog I once was. I worked with Darrell at The Pet Palace and have a game plan of training in place for me. I am a tad anxious and have been learning that I am not the pack leader. My foster family has been great and their dogs have been helpful. I currently have my own area of the house with another foster dog who is willing to share her toys and beds with me! I really favor my foster dad. I still have my quirks and really do not like being petted or picked up unless I tell you I want to. I am a senior dog who is housebroken (with only the occasional accident) and love my crate! I am in great health and weigh just 17 lbs. I love walking on a leash and also riding in the car. I will do best in a home without any small children. I hope to find that special someone who will love me for the rest of my life and continue with my training all to help me to achieve my full potential so that I can be the best companion dog ever!

All of our dogs are required to be inside pets only. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, home visit, and 5 day sleepover.
