Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lupita –Some Houston East End residents who had been feeding Lupita after they found her near their church realized that she had a collar deeply embedded in her neck. They contacted us for help and after trapping her, we took her to the vet. Her injuries were serious and she was hospitalized for over a week but in the end, she recovered from her wounds and is doing great.
Lupita is a Lab mix, about 1½ years old and weighs about 40 pounds. She is heartworm negative and has recovered from a noncontagious skin condition she was suffering when found. She is very sweet and good natured and gets along well with people, dogs and cats. She will make a delightful companion for a lucky family or person. For more information about Lupita, contact tauna@barriodogs.org.
