My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Stanley.

was found as a stray and I was very underweight. Everyone thinks I am between 3-4 years old.
I have a very good appetite and people tell me I don't look like the same dog!

I am a very sweet, quiet, and laid back boy. I get along with dogs that are gentle and I like cats too.

I can get scared sometimes but that is because my foster mom says I did not spend much time inside a comfy house.

I have never been mean in any way. You see, my old human did not care for me the way the people at the rescue do. If you are patient and kind, I will be able to trust more and more.

I walk well on the leash and I like to ride in the car. My favorite place to be is by my foster mom. I also like my crate.

I am almost all the way potty trained. You see, when you live outside you don't know what it means to be house trained. I have only had a pawful of potty accidents.

If you are looking for a low key companion that loves to snuggle then I am the guy for you.

All adopters must live in Ohio, or within a 2 hour driving distance of the border.
