Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Northern California Weimaraner Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
ZENA, 7 y/o Female Weimaraner. Zena is a sweet and affectionate girl. She has been with her family since she was a puppy. However, they were forced t move to a smaller home, where Zena has little room to run and play. She has been around children as young as 5 years old in the home. She gets along well with most other dogs, but may prefer to be “the dog in charge” around others. Therefore, her human needs to make sure Zena knows that people are in charge of the pack. Zena was raised to be mostly an outdoor dog. However, in her foster home she has had no problems with potty training and has had no accidents in the house, so Zena is now an “indoor dog.” Zena also gets along fine with the family cat in her foster home. She knows basic commands and does well on leash. She also loves to ride in the car and is a perfect passenger. She does get stressed about fireworks. She loves to chase her ball and this is a great form of exercise for Zena. If you are interested in adopting Zena, please fill out an application at http://ncwr.weimaraner.org/foster-adopt-application?destination=application/thank-you
