New York name - Texas friendly attitude! VINNY really enjoys other dogs, and is an animated playmate. We think our next fundraiser will feature a "Kissing Booth" where VINNY will more than earn his keep! If we had a dollar for every kiss VINNY has given since he was rescued, we could probably save every Chihuahua in Texas! This boy is *made* for love! YO VINNY!
