Itsy Bitsy was an owner surrender because they could not care for her any longer. She was very frightened when she first came into the shelter, and she still is a little nervous, but once she warms up to you she is a total sweetheart. She is long haired chihuahua who is about 2 yrs old, she is pretty laid back, and gets along great with other dogs. She would do best in a house hold with older children or adults who enjoys sitting on the couch and rubbing bellies.
