Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rio is a very small cute Chihuahua looks full blooded and really is quite sweet, but very shy and scared. If you set down she will jump into your lap. I believe Rio and Tipper possibly were somewhat abused, they act shy and jumpy sometime. But if you take the time to know and talk to them they really are very loving. They deserve to have a home of their own, either together or individually. Please come and visit them and see if you feel they could be your new best friends, together or seperate.
