Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Darla is a very sweet pup! She’s very playful and super inquisitive. She love to play with toys, and she certainly has some favorites.
When out for a walk, she is very interested in the sights, sounds, and smells of the neighborhood - she keeps her nose to the ground until something interesting walks by that she wants to check out. After catching up with the neighborhood dogs and playing with her toys, she’s loves to cuddle with you - she loves “her people.”
She’s great with other dogs – she loves to play with them but if they are not interested, that is a-ok by her. She’ll just walk alongside them and give them their space.
She sleeps in her crate at night and does very well. She is still getting used to it but as soon as the lights are off, she generally calls it a night and goes to sleep. AND, she sleeps through the night – no problem - and will sleep in, if you do. She also seems to have at least some potty training – she has not had any accidents whatsoever!
She is working on sit and stay, walks pretty well on a leash, and flies up and down stairs.
Our adoption fee is 400 dollars and includes spay/neuter, microchip, at least one veterinary exam, deworming x 2, the entire DHPP vaccine series, bordetella and a rabies vaccine as well as a heartworm test at age 6 months.
The breeds of shelter puppies are not known and can not be guaranteed, this is only a guess. We treat each dog as an individual, focusing on personality and behavior. For more information, please visit: http://www.nationalcanineresearchcouncil.com/breed-identification-1/
Please visit and like our Facebook page and look at the "peaches that need forever homes" album for up to date pups available for adoption. In addition, please view our mission statement which is to rescue puppies from high kill shelters and bring them to the northwest where we do not have as many puppies. Our website has information on all things Georgia Peaches as well as training resources and a place to sign up for our newsletter.
