Are you that special family that would love to include Spencer as part of your family. Spencer was pulled from a local animal control that does not have funding except to hold their animals for the hold period. He was covered in fleas /ticks and had open sores from the the fleas infestation/allergy reactions. He has been shaved down and is on meds to help with his skin healing. He is a love bug and what a sweet dog. He has a under bite from the ShiTsu and the curly soft curls from the . He is around 10 lbs and is all white with cream markings. He is house broken and loves to cuddle. He will be available in a few short weeks the end of April. He is a designer dog -Shichon
