My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tico is a very quite and mellow boy. He was dumped off at our gate in the freezing cold, malnourished and scared. I can't imagine why anyone would starve this sweet dog and abandon him, but it is their loss.

Tico is very sweet and gentle, smart and obedient, playful and loving! He is still a bit skinny but is eating well and very active! He knows many commands such as sit, stay, down, shake, and high five! He comes when called and likes to be right by your side. He loves to play fetch and chew on rubber toys. He pounces around in the snow like a deer and is always happy to run with you! He loves treats and belly rubs. If you sit down near him, he will come over and lean right up against you for a good hug. His tail is always wagging and he loves everyone he meets!

If you have other dogs in your home, you will need to introduce Tico to make sure they get along before you can adopt him.
