Come meet this sweet gal! Lucy is a 1 year old hound mix. She is currently 24 pounds and will not get much bigger. Lucy was a stray taken in by a family; however, they had to put Lucy up for adoption because their dog was aggressive toward her. She is currently working on her socialization skills and basic commands (working on sit, down and off). Lucy goes to the back door to signal she needs to go out. She rides well in the car and is learning how to walk on a leash. She gets along with cats fine. She has met other dogs (different sizes and gender) and has been friendly towards them. Although a bit wary at first, Lucy is good with everyone she meets. Once she gets to know a person, she is very sweet and will bounce over to them to give kisses. Lucy is a very smart, lively little pup who wants to please. Please contact us to set up a meeting with this sweetheart!
