INITIAL BIO 02/12/2013: MEET PICKLES (Picolina) ~ Pickles is a beautiful 10-1/2 year old 10 lb female yorkshire terrier; she is being fostered in Woodbridge, VA. Pickles was very loved by her former owners. But they were no longer able to care for her due to two little human babies that came into the home. UYR was happy to take her into our Foster Care Program, and find her a wonderful second home. Pickles loves to be cuddled, but is also happy to be alone sleeping. She loves loves loves to play catch. She can be very shy when first introduced, it could take a couple of days for her to warm up or she may warm up immediately. Her former owner thinks Pickles would love to have a stay-at-homem parent, or be placed in a home where she is not left alone for long hours. She loves children, and can be placed in a home with children over the age of 10 years old
