Fairy tales tell, as their labels imply
Stories of magic, of creatures that fly
With giants and dragons and ogres and elves
And inanimate objects that speak for themselves
There's romance and danger and plotting of schemes
There's good guys and bad guys and some guys in-between
A fairy tale also reveals some sort of truth
The perils of choices we make in our youth.
But our story today is different in theme
For our hero had no choice or so it would seem
It starts with a fairy bestowing a spell
This one's a baby girl named Ella, a story I must tell.
Ella the Enchanted is looking for a forever home. She is a two year old italian greyhound/daschund mix. She is approximately 18lbs full grown. Ella was found with her 5 puppies alone roaming free. She had been around for about a year with no place to call her own, thrown away by the cruel hands of humans. Ella's puppies have since been adopted and she is searching for her fairy tale ending! She is currently in a foster home brushing up on her doggy manners. Ella arrived terrified, unsocial, and within a week she turned into a beautiful butterfly! She is the total package! Ella is house and crate trained, gets along great with dogs, cats, small children, and LOVES to snuggle! If you're looking for a cuddle buddy-she is the one for you! She loves to sleep under the covers at night. Ella is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, current on HW/flea prevention, and microchipped. She is very laid back and would do well in any home environment. Ella would do best with a securely fenced yard or someone willing to walk her on a leash. She would prefer to have another dog friend as they help her feel secure. A home visit, vet or personal reference is required with an approved application. Ella's adoption fee is $100.
