My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh Paloma … can you get any more cute and cuddly? This beautiful dachshund is a gem! Although Paloma has some challenges (she was born deaf and has limited vision) her sweet demeanor and solid, even temperament is what makes her such an amazing dog. Paloma is a wonderful little girl … she likes strangers, other dogs and is just a “go with the flow” kind of gal. At 9 years old, she is over all that pesky puppy stuff and has fabulous house manners. Paloma loves her dog bed and blankets and will happily sleep in her crate at night, but would really prefer to be next to her people in bed! She rides well in the car, walks well on leash and has never met a person she did not like.
Paloma recently had her teeth cleaned and a full veterinary exam, including blood work. She also had a complete eye exam with Dr. Low, the veterinary ophthalmologist in Bend, OR.
Paloma is spayed, current on all vaccines, including rabies, and is micro chipped. She is crate trained and loves other dogs & cats. Her adoption fee is $100.00.
