My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Buna and I am a very special Chocolate Lab because I am blind. I was born that way, and even though some people feel sorry for me, I really do quite well in life. As you can see by these pictures, I know how to have fun just like a sighted dog!
I am only 2 years old and am looking forward to many more years of fun!!!! I am very smart and am able to adapt to situations easier than you would think!!
I am very playful and love the other dogs….in fact another dog would probably be a good “guide” for me. I like to run and play at the dog park and I love walks. When you call me I will come right back to you.
I stay home during the day and don’t even need a crate, because I am such a good boy! I got potty outside and sleep nicely on my dog bed at night.
Meeting new people is fun and I love everyone! However, because I cannot see, sometimes the little kids make me nervous, so I would do best in a home with older kids (over 12).
What I want most is for someone to love me and care for me! I would be very loyal and loving forever!!
