Here's what the humans have to say about me:
3/22/13 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!
ADOPTION FEE: $600
Fostered in North Carolina
Age: 9 months
Weight: 12 lbs.
Hi moms and dads and boys and girls. My name is Mason and I arrived at YHR via the York County animal shelter where my original owners dropped me off because they did not want me anymore. I may be biased but I am a great doggie and their loss will surely be your gain. I weigh twelve pounds (that’s not a typo). Most Yorkies don’t get that big, but I am a Yorkie – just big boned and tall that’s all. Even though I am just getting situated in my foster home, my foster parents already know a good bit about me. I get along very well with children. In fact I love kids, and because of my size I am more suitable for kids instead of those little Yorkies who weigh only three or four pounds. I get along great with other dogs; in fact I play a lot with my foster brothers and sisters. I have a healthy appetite. I got a clean bill of health from the dogtor. My only drawback is I’m so darn cute, and I have heard no complaints about that either. I may look a little scruffy right now, but I will be made even more handsome on Friday when I make a trip to the groomer. I’m a little shy at first or maybe I’m just a little confused. I’ve been moving around from here to there to there and not quite sure why, but I am ready to find a permanent home with a loving family so that I can make their home an even better place to live.
