Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maddy May has a very sunny disposition. She's very talented at playing catch and returning the ball. She is quiet as a doormouse indoors, waiting patiently for when someone has time to love and play with her. Maddy gives wonderful kisses!
Maddy May will dance her way into your heart! Maddy May loves to play and she can also 'dance' standing up (& twirl around to get her treat)! This adorable 2 year old spayed female pug-chi mix is lively, delightful and sweet and she'll steal your heart with her charm! She's also brimming with youth and health ready to enjoy a wonderful life! Maddy May is an awesome, affectionate companion; she weighs 15 lbs, is heartworm negative (hooray!), house-trained, microchipped and does pretty well on a leash. Maddy's very kissy, cuddly and loves nothing better than to roll around with and love on her human(s), so she's versatile: a couch-potato love-bug and/or an outdoor kind of girl who is very active and lots of fun to play with. She loves to chase balls & is developing an interest in chasing frisbees. She loves playing with stuffed animals, including one much bigger than herself!
Maddy would really do best as an only child and the apple of your eye. Because she's young and active, it would be ideal if she had a securely fenced yard to play freely in. It's hard to believe anyone so wonderful could have been found as a stray, but alas, that's what happened. Even staying here in her foster home, she's clearly soooo grateful and happy to find herself loved, sheltered and fed - deliriously so. Just imagine how much more so when she finds her forever home and family of her very own!
If you think you'd like to share your life with this wonderful girl, please give us, her foster parents a call at 727-321-1980 or email us at lilywidget@hotmail.com so we can give you more information and/or email you an adoption application. Adoption donation is $150 Thank you for your interest!
