Penelope( Penny to her friends) is probably the sweetest Dobie you will ever meet!She is happy,happy,happy and delights in attention, exploring the sights and smells of the yard, and she enjoys the presence of other canines.Penny, upon arriving at the Shelter, lost her fur but now is growing it back..Penelope will be a delight to adopt and will be the most loving and grateful of companions.
