AFTER WE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE WE WILL COMMUNICATE SPECIFICS ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR DOG. WE ARE A SMALL RESCUE, OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF DOGS WE HAVE IN OUR FOSTER PROGRAM AND ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OR CALL UNTIL WE HAVE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.
Maude is a sweet 4-5 year old female who has had a rough life to this point. When we rescued her from the shelter, she had bilateral cherry eye and was heartworm positive. She also had deformity in both back legs that turned out to be bilateral knee problems. After being treated for an upper respiratory infection that most dogs acquire while at the shelter, she underwent spay and cherry eye repair. Then she began heartworm treatment. After completing that course, she then underwent bilateral knee surgery.....we call her the bionic puppy!!!! She is very compact, sweet and loving. Maude is healthy now and is ready for a forever home.
She is being fostered with other dogs and small children.
