My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INITIAL BIO 01-27-2013: Hi all! My name is Gus and I’m the new cool kid in town!! So, let me tell you a little bit about myself…...I’m a handsome 4 y/o, 10 lbs male Yorkie. I grew up in a loving home where I got ALL the attention, but then my owners brought home a little human that took away my owners’ attention. Since there just wasn’t enough time or attention for me anymore, my owners decided to surrender me to UYR so that they can help me find a second home better-suited for my forever needs. I’ve only been with my foster mom for a day, but she says I’m a REALLY good little boy so far! I rode great in the car to my foster home, and am getting along great with my new foster fur-siblings. I love to go for walks, play chase and hide-n-seek, eat snacks, and just be with my person.

My Foster Mommy says I’m a very sweet, loving little boy! I am already neutered, have good-looking teeth, and am house-trained, although I haven’t exactly learned to tell you when I need to go out, so I need to be taken every few hours when I’m not in my crate. She also says that I will be getting up-to-date on all my vaccinations really soon…not that I’m looking forward to it, but she said I have to get it out of the way so that I can find my forever home and get ADOPTED!!! So, if you are looking to add a sweet, handsome little boy to your family maybe my furever home could be with you???
