My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sissy is a beagle mix with lots of enthusiasm for life. Sissy loves to meet new people, every person she meets she loves. Sissy loves to go on walks, and she jumps up and down with excitement when you get the leash out. She does great in the car, and she knows exactly what the open car door means. Although Sissy is very social and loving, she's actually pretty mellow the majority of the time. Unless someone is coming or going, or she's going on a walk, she's usually sleeping on her dog bed. The first thing she did when she came to her foster home was find every single dog bed and crate in the house and test their comfort levels. She's potty trained, and crate trained, she does fine in a crate while you are gone, or sleeping. She's very food motivated and learns pretty quickly if you are using treats. Sissy does great with kids and would make a wonderful family dog, or a good dog for a couple. As long as there is someone around to cuddle with Sissy is happy.
