My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a Pit Bull mix around 3 yrs old and weighs approximately 50 lbs. She came to Stray Haven as an owner surrender. She gets along well with dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. Bella like cats also, but should not be left unsupervised with them. She a strong happy girl who loves to play and give lots of kisses. Bella has a hard play bite which can hurt at times. She is not aggressive at all, but is a very strong energetic girl. She'd do well in an an active family with older children (she will knock the younger ones down in her excitement) who has time for her to give her lots of exercise. Bella loves to go for car rides and walks. She pulls on the leash so she still needs leash training. I use a harness when walking her (as with all the dogs) which helps with her pulling. Bella is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, etc and looking for a family to love her. If you have an interest in Bella please contact Bev Menier/Stray Haven at: bevmenier@gmail.com.
