Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Daisy
Age: 10 years
Sex: female
Weight: Approximately 20 lbs.
Breed: Beagle
Good with other dogs; good with kids; can be cat tested
Personality: Daisy is affectionate and gentle. She's very quickly adjusting to the good life and enjoys snuggling on the couch or in your lap, but she's got some of that beagle spunk that is adorably endearing!
History: Daisy spent her entire life (10 years!) living outside on a chain until just a few weeks ago when she was rescued by a good samaritan and brought to us.
House trained: Since she lived outside her entire life, she is just now learning what it means to live in a house. She's a smart girl who has a couple of doggie mentors who are helping her along the way!
Special Needs of any kind: She's a senior girl, but she's full of love and life.
Health: Seems in good health; we'll update after she see's our vet
Activity Level: Medium-low
Apply to Adopt Here: http://bit.ly/LGRAdoptionApp
LGR is a foster based rescue, which means that our adoptable dogs live in foster homes. Because they live with us, we know the habits, needs, temperament, and level of training of our dogs. To adopt an LGR dog, we ask that you first submit an adoption application (link below). When we receive your application, we will review and respond via email within 7 days. Our adoption process does more than screen applicants; it allows us to work with adopters to properly match our dogs with their forever homes. Each LGR dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated (rabies, bordatella, DHLPP), heartworm tested (age appropriate), microchipped, and treated with heartworm and flea preventative. To adopt an LGR dog, please submit an adoption application here: http://bit.ly/LGRAdoptionApp. As a foster based rescue, we rely on the generosity of people like you to open your hearts & homes to a dog in need.
