My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vinny, formerly Carlo from the NYC ACC, is a gorgeous 2 yr old blue and white male pit bull. Vinny is a laid back sweetheart and with the help of a foster home we are able to save him from death row.. NYC has a terrible crisis on their hands and the result is many, many dogs are dying every day. Vinny was not deserving of a death sentence at only 2 years old! Vinny received a 'normal' behavior rating and was reported to do well with other dogs while at the shelter and has done well with the dogs he has met since coming into our care. Vinny will be de-stressing and learning how to love life with a family in his foster home. We have already learned that he is great around children, he loves toys and treats! In fact Vinny is rather food and toy motivated which is wonderful for training. Vinny knows the sit command perfectly and will be working more on additional commands while in his foster home. Vinny is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. Vinny is house and crate trained.
