Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
There is no doubt that this lovable guy will steal your heart! That is why we are in search for a special compassionate family for him. We believe that he is part American Bulldog and Great Dane due to his tall frame and his mellow personality. He is about 7yrs old and 60lbs.
Dyson just wants to hang by your side, preferably outside in the sun. He will fall into a restful sleep, and snore while soaking up the rays. He will softly whine at you when he wants you to drop what your doing and take him for a stroll down the street. You can't help but bow to his subtle commands :) . Dyson is mellow and easy going as they come, BUT with a huge, humorous, stubborn streak. He loves everyone and becomes the "Walmart Greeter" to people and new dogs. Dyson loves to initiate play with other dogs as well. He is the ultimate of "easy dogs" to have as a companion.
In early May 2012, Dyson was found tied to a fence of an apartment complex. He was found with a baseball sized tumor on his side and missing much of his fur due to an irritating skin condition. Dyson has come a long way since his stay with us. Although his tumor was found to be cancerous, it was removed by veterinarians. They are hopeful that Dyson will have much more time now. Also, Dyson has been on a special salmon diet and vitamin supplements and his fur/skin have made significant progress. He looks and feels great now.
Dyson has come a long way in just a few months. We feel that he has a new "leash on life" now. He deserves a new forever home where he will have fun, comfort and affection. Yes, it will take someone with a big heart, but Dyson will return the favor with a bounty of gratitude and love.
