Miley!
I was terrified in the shelter and I wouldn’t come out of my kennel so they put me on the urgent list. Then a volunteer patiently waited for me to start to walk and she took me outside. Once we got outside I crawled in her lap and she instantly fell in love with me. Now she’s my foster mom! I’m still on the shy side on occasion, but I’ve warmed up a TON! I prance around because I’m just so happy now. A little love goes a long way after being in a shelter.
I’m about 2 ½ years old and I’m a terrier mix. I’m house-trained and I am proud to say, I’ve never had an accident. I’m super patient, very calm and really good with other dogs. I guess you could say I’m good with cats too because I’m really unsure of them and therefore I leave them alone….they’re just so unpredictable. I’m the best snuggler ever, I don’t bark, I’m just so happy to have a home that I never complain.
Unfortunatelly my former owner didn't give me HW preventatives and now I am having to go through HW treatment. It's not a big deal though and I am under the best of care. I am healthy in every way and will be 100% after my treatment too which will take place very soon.. My foster mom loves me so much she is even sponsoring the treatment.. It only takes a matter of week to be over this and once I go through my treatment you only need to give me a regular HW preventative each month just like any other dog. I am joyful and love to run and play, but to be on the safe side the rescue wants to treat me now, so thy e know I am over it quickly before I am placed in to my forever home.
