My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, there! My name is Lucy! I was rescued from a high kill shelter in KY along with my four puppies.

I am a wonderful girl. My foster mom says I am the best! And that she knows that the perfect family is out there looking for me. I would rather be sitting on your lap than any other place in the world. I LOVE to snuggle and I am very well behaved. I am a very gentle soul, and I love to lay on the couch and groom my foster moms cat. I am house-trained, crate trained and I am doing so great that my foster mom lets me sleep on the couch at night! I love being rescued. But, I would love it even more if I could find my forever family.

I love treats, and I take them very gently. I promise if you meet me you will fall in love! If you have a dog already that is fantastic!! Because I love to play with other dogs and it would be wonderful to have a brother or sister of my own.

I am a very sweet girl. And everyone tells me how pretty I am. I would love to meet you. Maybe this could be the start of a lifetime of love for both of us.
