Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What's up? I am Beau - like Beau-de-shious! I am all golden retriever and ready to romp and stomp with everyone! My family gave me up - FINALLY - because they had too many dogs. I was really hating that because I kept hearing there was a better life out there. Well, the nice lady that picked me up assured me my friends were right. She said that goldens like me live inside, have stuffed toys, fluffy beds and tennis balls to chase. AND families that will pay attention to me and love me forever. I can not wait! So, they told me to you that I am a pure bred golden retriever, 8 years young, 63 pounds and very healthy - mid-size - that loves other dogs and will dance around until you pet me. So how you could want anyone else?

NOTE: Adopt A Golden Knoxville rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in your area. These dogs are fostered in private homes in East Tennessee. Therefore, it is not possible to meet the dogs and pups prior to their adoption. They are brought up north on a USDA transporter.
