My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilly is a 2 year old (on March 17, 2013) plott hound, and weighs in at approximately 70 pounds. Lilly is a local owner surrender, and due to circumstances at home, Lilly is looking for a new home.She would be better in a home with older children due to her energy level, and has been around cats and seems to do just fine. She is spayed and up to date on all of her shots.

LGR is a foster based rescue, which means that our adoptable dogs live in foster homes. Because they live with us, we know the habits, needs, temperament, and level of training of our dogs. To adopt an LGR dog, we ask that you first submit an adoption application (link below). When we receive your application, we will review and respond via email within 7 days. Our adoption process does more than screen applicants; it allows us to work with adopters to properly match our dogs with their forever homes. Each LGR dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated (rabies, bordatella, DHLPP), heartworm tested (age appropriate), microchipped, and treated with heartworm and flea preventative.
