Say hello to Winston!
Wonderful is the best word to describe this little guy.
Winston came to our rescue after ending his 5 years of service work at a research facility. He has a personality that is both inquisitive and endearing. He loves playing with toys and enjoys being outside in the yard romping with his foster siblings. But don’t let his energy fool you – he’s quite the little lap dog too!
Kid friendly as can be, Winston would do wonderfully with a family that included children or other dogs. Up to date on all of his vaccines, neutered, and healthy Winston is ready to go to his forever home.
Winston has been with us for a few months and we think it’s because he has not found the perfect home yet. But that can change if you are willing to give this great dog a chance. The things that Winston is learning (but needs some help with) are simple every day things like going down the steps (which he somehow has not quite mastered) and basic training. Winston doesn’t like being left alone for hours on end - he thrives on human interaction and just wants to make you happy. Cuddling is his favorite past time.
We’re working on Winston's house training but he is crate trained and has a clue about proper bathroom habits – he just needs some gentle guidance to keep his skills honed.
Please say you’d be willing to give this beautiful, loving little man the home he deserves – one filled with gentle kisses and tummy rubs, attention and care. We know that the payoff he’ll give you will be worth a million!
**Winston does not suffer any ill effects from the research.**
