My story

WILLIE
I am a 3 year old male Shih-Tzu, as cute as a button and although I am blind in one eye, that doesn’t stop me from keeping up with the best of them!
I was picked up on the streets of Miami as a stray dog. Thank goodness they didn’t take me to the High Kill Shelter. Instead I was taken in by a woman who contacted Rescue in New York. She did try to find my owners before I was put on transport with the other dogs who headed north to find their forever homes.
I am one friendly guy who love, love, loves people and other dogs! Cat’s don’t bother me at all! I get very attached to the human kind and love to be cuddled and loved. I would do best in a home where there is someone home a good part of the day, or with someone who might take me out with them. If there is another dog in the house with me, then I probably wouldn’t mind staying alone with them.
I am Neutered & UPD on all of my shots. I am on Heart Worm and Flea and Tick preventative. I am also microchipped.
