Ruby is a special little lady who has been through a lot in her life. She is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever known, and that's saying a lot! She needs someone to work with her to make her understand that people aren't all bad and to give her all of the love she so desperately craves. She is timid but could be introduced to other dogs or cats gradually. She did really well with my friend's 5 year old son as well but may also need slow introductions if the children are rambunctious.
