My name is Kiko and I am a 2 year old, full-blooded Dachshund. My previous owner must have thought I was something else because they cut off my tail. I don't know what I did to end up homeless and end up in a shelter, because I am a very good boy. I am crate trained, love people and other dogs. I do chase cats...wonder if that is why I ended up looking for a home. My rescue mom thinks I'm pretty nice and tells me how handsome and good I am. I'm pretty smart too. All I want for Christmas is a new home of my own. I promise I'll be a good boy for my new human if they will give me a chance.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, rabies (age permitting). All dogs over 4-6 months of age are already spayed or neutered, has been vaccinated for parvo, etc. and rabies, HW tested and microchipped.

We don't know what these animals have gone through and endured, (or why) in their past lives to end up here. The only thing we can do is try, hope and pray we can give them a brighter future. We want our rescued pets to have stable, loving homes where they can get lots of love, attention and live out the remainder of their lives.

Animal care can be costly. Please consider whether you can afford and want the responsibility of a pet before you adopt so they never have to be homeless and end up in a shelter again.
