My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial Bio 12-15-12 : Jillian (Jillie) is a 7.5 year old 6 pound little bundled of love, spunk & energy! She is house-trained, and potty pad trained, and also knows the commands No, Sit, Nice, and Shake. She also knows to wait her turn for her bowl of food and treats.

She likes to try to compete (along with 2 of foster mom's own females), for all of the attention, but is starting to realize she has to wait her turn. When she first came into our home, she wanted to be the leader...not mean or aggressive, just "tough". When all the dogs would come back in after being outside, Jillie would get in first, and wait at the top of the steps. When the others would go up the stairs, she would "Charge", to keep each one from getting in. She learned her lesson when she became the last one in... She didn't feel so tough after that.

Jillian is looking for a family with children over 12, and where she isn't left alone for too many hours in a day. Jillian would do well with another dog or two, but they cannot be aggressive, and she needs a family that will let her know that they are the pack leader, not Jillian.

She can fly up and down the stairs, jump like nobody's business, and snuggle with the boys, and sometimes the girls. She hasn't done well with sleeping with us... She prefers to cuddle with my Yorkie Haven, and my two little foster boys Kipton and Sawyer. But during the daytime, she likes to be with her humans, following them around and being wherever they are.

Oh yes...she Needs a fenced in yard!
