My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Charlie and I'm about 1 year old and I weigh 60 pounds right on the barrel head, whatever that means. I was in a pound in southern Illinois and some nice people gave me a ride to Plainfield so I could be a part of Safely Home Canine Rescue. I'll have to say after that ride, I really needed and bath and when I got in the tub, I was a little scared but then the suds and the smell and ahhhhh. My fur was always silky (don't be jealous ladies), but after my bath, WOW! I was super smooth. Enough about that. I live with another lab (yea!!) and lab mix (sweeeeeet!). Everyone says I'm really nice and you can tell I like to play with toys. My foster dad is pretty cool cause he lets all us boys play whenever we want.
