Hi there! My name is Sweetie, the “Gentle Giant”, and I am being fostered in Tennessee. My foster mom says I live up to my name! I was born around January 12, 2012. I have been spayed, and I am a large, 87 lb., happy girl. I was found in the woods when I was small, but turned over to the Humane Association when I started getting too big for them, and they could not keep me anymore. I am a bit timid around strangers, but warm up quickly.
My foster mom says I am a very obedient, smart girl. I can sit and shake and quickly learn new tricks. I am house-trained and crate-trained. I got along well with the other dogs before I came to my foster mom’s house, and I now have a German Shepherd foster sister to play with. I love to play fetch and tug of war. I love to play ball and will even throw it to myself if no one else wants to play. My foster mom says I walk well on the leash. I ride in the car well, lying in the back seat, enjoying the trip. When I’m not playing, I love to snuggle with my foster mom. I would love to have a big fenced yard to play in and a forever family to call my own. Could you be that family?
