Updated Bio 12/13/12: Roxy is a darling 1 1/2 year old Yorkie girl who was surrendered by her owners because they could no longer take care of her. Roxy received a clean bill of health from the vet and she weighed in at a perfect 6 pounds. Roxy has been spayed and is up-to-date on all her vaccinations. Roxy has a super-sweet personality. She likes the company of other dogs and enjoys being around children. She likes to kiss, cuddle, and get her tummy rubbed. Roxy was never house trained, so she has frequent accidents. She has access to pee pads, but it is hit or miss for her. For this reason, Roxy will require a fully fenced in backyard so she can learn to do her business outside and run around freely. If you think you can provide the perfect forever home for Roxy, please complete an adoption application
Initial Bio 12-11-12: Roxy is a beautiful 1 year old little girl who weighs about 6 pounds. She is being fostered in the Chicago area. Her owners surrendered her due to a change in their personal circumstances. Roxy gets along well with children and other dogs. She is well-mannered and has a sweet disposition. Roxy needs some work in the house training department, so a completely fenced in backyard will be required.
