Phoenix is a fantastic dog. She is well-behaved, gentle, house trained and she even walks well on a leash. Due to city code, Phoenix will have to live outside Council Bluffs city limits or in a town with no breed ban. Being an older dog, in addition to misconceptions about her breed, are really hurting her chances of getting adopted and it’s completely unnecessary because she is perfect. Shelter life is very difficult for Phoenix but even with so much against her she smiles at whoever comes to walk her. Please consider adopting Phoenix. She deserves to have a family to love her unconditionally. Call the shelter to meet her today! 712-366-0152
