Jasper is a handsome Siamese mix rescued from Animal Control when his time was up. Japser can be quite the conversationalist when he wants, but he'd much rather use his voice for purring in your arms. Affection is his definitely number one priority! He is much more concerned with GIVING it then receiving it though. Jasper will rub his entire body all over for the entire day if he could, showering you with lots of love and purrs.
