Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sept 24 Que is approaching his 1 year anniversary with BSRO. Honestly I don't understand why he hasn't been adopted. He is a great, well behaved boy! His blindness only makes his other senses better. He can hear a refrigerator door open from across the house. He can feel his way back to the deck by the different textures of the grass, pavers, and wood steps. He is not a barker or a licker. He loves to snuggle on the couch with you. If you think you are interested in him, we can make arrangements for you to come visit him in his foster home and just see how well behaved this boy is!
There is no other like this boy! He is super sweet, just wants a place to hang out and snuggle. He is quiet, housebroke, kennel broke, knows how to sit. Can find his way to you no matter where you are. Blindness does NOT effect him! He loves to play with the other dogs in the house. All around one of the best fosters we have had! He will steal your heart!
Update Jan 23
What an amazing boy! He is blind, but that does not stop him. He has mapped out the house (still runs into stuff sometimes) and he knows how to get on and off the deck to go potty. No accidents, no tearing up things. Wants to snuggle, loves attention, plays well with others. What more could you ask for? A perfect Boxer!
Update November 27 2012 This boy is just the sweetest young man ever. He is learning his way around his foster home and picks up on key words like step up, step down, watch out. Has not had one accident, and loves to snuggle. Plays well with the other fosters in the home, and is quiet in his crate. Once you meet him you will love him.
Que just came into the program and so far has had a hard hard life! Not only is he blind in one eye and possibly the other, he was ran over Friday. But what a resilient boy he is! Wagging his tail all the time, gets along with everyone and is very very loving. He will have a complete vet check ASAP to see if we can possibly help him with one of his eyes. Any donation at all for him would be greatly appreciated. Contact bsrozarks@gmail.com for informaiton on donating to Que.
