FLASH: A sweet, handsome, black, sleek boy. That is me!! I am an 8 month old Italian greyhound/ Brussels Griffon mix puppy. I must admit I have the cutest face and my ears are awesome. Sometimes they are both up and sometimes not. Everyone tells me how cute I am.
I was rescued from a puppy mill auction in Nebraska. I absolutely love to be around people. I have gotten very attached to my foster mom. I also get along well with the other dogs and cats where I live. I am still working on my potty training, but I am picking it up very quickly. I just did not know any better, no one taught me. All I ever knew was a kennel. But, I am very smart. I already know how to use a doggy door.
I hate kennels now, but I am a good boy so do not worry. I like to play with other dogs and would do best with another dog or a human that is home a lot. I am active and playful and we would have lots of fun. I may not be perfect yet, but you will fall in love with me anyway!!
I am neutered, up to date on all of my shots, including rabies, and heartworm negative. I had a small hernia that had to be fixed and a few baby teeth that needed to be pulled, but I am happy, healthy and ready to find my new forever family. I have had a new chance in life and I want someone to understand my first months and embrace a new beginning with me.
I am just a very lovable baby. I like to snuggle with my foster mom at night where I can feel safe, warm and secure.
A visitation at my foster home needs to be arranged to come and visit us. Fill out a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.pureheartsrescue.org , click on applications. Next email it to: rescue@pureheartsrescue.org for approval or call 970-590-3708 for more information. After approval a home visitation will be scheduled. After rescue approval, and you love me and I love you, an adoption contract is filled out and signed. I have a $ 250.00 adoption fee.
