Adoption fees will be waived for qualified adopters! Herb really needs a loving home, do you have room in your heart and home?

Herb is a wonderful, 10 year old (?), male Labrador who was rescued from the Tri-County Animal Shelter in 2006. When Herb was rescued he was in such a sad state that it was thought he would find a nice safe home to live out his last days. Much to everyone's surprise, getting him out of the shelter changed everything about him. He is an active, happy, spry old guy who now needs a forever home. Herb has undergone heartworm treatment and has been neutered, all at his age, in hopes that someone special is looking just for him! Even if you don't have a place for Herb in your home in the new year, please pass this forward. Somewhere out there a family (or a single person, or a couple...) is looking for a buddy and Herb could very well be him.
