Nanook is a young black & white male Siberian Husky, about 1-1/2 years old with one blue eye and one brown eye (bi-eyed). He has a history as a runner so will need a 6' high, securely fenced yard. We suspect that he was just left out in the yard with no attention in his previous home and was lonely (a bad scenario for a husky--they will create their own entertainment!). Nanook is a typical young male husky, just full of himself, independent and cute. He likes to avoid being caught (runs away from me when called) and isn't happy when I do finally grab his collar. He can be a little "mouthy" (puts his teeth on my hand when I grab his collar) but he has never bitten down or hurt me. He is just at that rebellious juvenile delinquent stage for dogs and a good obedience class would do him a world of good. Nanook was recently neutered and is now up to date on all vaccinations and on monthly heartworm preventative.
