My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Izzy is a sweetheart! Unfortunately, her owner passed away a couple of months ago and the owner's two daughters wanted to have her put to sleep. Lucky for Izzy, they called Bay Animal Clinic just randomly checking prices of cremations and happen to have a rescuer answer the phone! They claimed she was 12-14 years old, had an eye that needed to be removed, and had begun following one of the ladies around everywhere and she couldn't deal with it anymore. They agreed to surrender the dog to rescue and when she came to the clinic, she was infested with fleas! Two weeks later, Izzy is doing great! Turns out, she's only about 4-5 years old according to the vet. Her eye is being treated and is looking so much better. She is heartworm negative and will be fully vetted before she's adopted. She deserves a wonderful home because she is a wonderful little dog!
