Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Walker walked right up to the front door and sat down. It was not his home, but he was tired, the day had been long. He needed to rest. The panic of being lost was beginning to take back seat to the hunger pains.
The home owner returned home and there sat this big fluffy, blue eyed guy at the front door. Walker was happy to see them. He waged his tail, but did not respond when they spoke to him. He was in the presence of strangers and though full of anxiety, he managed to remain calm. He just pretended not to hear them.
Walker’s story is a familiar one to rescues everywhere. He was dumped. He was not lost. All efforts to find his owners failed. Walker soon became the friend to the neighborhood. Different homes either fed him or took him in for a night.
Now, with winter closing in and the fact that no one is looking for Walker, he needs a real home. This we know: He can hear good! (it took a week before he stopped pretending to be deaf!) He can talk! He loves to talk. He loves to play BALL! Yes, ball. Huskies normally don’t play ball. Not Walker, he loves to chase a ball. He also doesn’t mind cats. Huskies usually hate cats. He has quite the personality! How would a white diamond be so casually tossed away? The best of God’s creatures are the Walkers of the world. A love so completely unchangeable, and loyalty that knows no bounds waiting at the door! The blindness of morons is their folly.
Walker is around two years old. He is neutered, house trained, and friendly to all dogs and most cats. He loves play, talking, and being close by for hugs. He gives total joy for so very little. And for that, he deserves so much! For adoption information email us at adoptahuskyofdallas@ymail.com
