Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zoey is a solid little girl, she could use a brush up in leash manners as she likes to pull, but we have been using the dog whisperer's methods and it is working quite well. she does jump up on people, but its so gentle you almost dont notice it. she gets along great with our lab mix, a female. they play quite a bit. Zoey has the baying bark of the beagle, though she does most of her barking under her breath. She will bark at you if you ignore her too much. She was definitely loved as someones pet before, though i believe she has been beaten too. if you make any quick or sudden movements around her she cowers. My boyfriend was playing with her and he jumped, and she brought him the ball they were playing with and rolled over legs between her tail. i think that with just a little bit of patience and a lot of love she would make a great addition to any family. She loves kids, her and my 7 yr old son play all the time. She does somewhat fetch, though she doesnt know what come or down mean, she does know how to sit. She rides very well in cars, and likes to be able to see out the window. She doesnt gaurd the car like some dogs do. Shes such a sweet girl. She is up to date on all her shots, and we will find out thursday if she is spayed or not, if not she will be.
